FACILITATES organizational and personal visioning retreats; professional women small groups to help activate, connect and equip women in the workplace to fulfill their God-given passions from a Christ-centered prospective; dinners and teas to build bridges, explore and discuss thought provoking topics such as civility and the strength of a woman; personal enrichment cruises; coaches on  intercultural business etiquette, protocol, image, branding and dining skills workshops and offers bra fitting field trips.

CREATED AND LEADS “Go with The Flow”, an initiative to help homeless and under-sheltered mensturating women receive tampons and pads to support their cycles. 

SERVES on the Board of Trustees for Novant Health UVA Prince William Medical Center and the Board of Directors for the Matthew’s Center, an education-based organization focusing on communication & social skill instruction for autistic students.

SERVED as a  Trustee at First Mount Zion Baptist Church, on the Board of Directors for Connected to Connect, Board of Directors for the Creative and Performance Arts Center, Inc. and Board of Regents for Leadership Prince William as the Alumni Engagement Chair and “crossing the line” facilitator for the adult signature and youth academy programs.
